Mads brings many years of experience working in healthcare to Rud Pedersen’s healthcare team. Mads is a specialist in anesthesiology and intensive care medicine. He has 10 years of experience from prehospital emergency medical service. He has been involved in quality improvement and innovation as part of his daily clinical work and through leadership. In 2010, he was elected president and chairman of the Danish Medical Association. From 2015 to 2020, he worked as a Medical Director (CMO) of Lillebaelt Hospital. Since the summer of 2020, he has worked as an independent Executive Healthcare advisor and consultant on strategy and leadership.
