As part of Rud Pedersen Group’s continued growth and strengthening of consultancy across borders, the Group has appointed Christian Ejvin Andersen as Chief Operating Officer. Andersen officially joins the group as of Monday 18th August 2025.

Rud Pedersen Group has seen rapid growth over the last few years, with offices now in 19 strategically important EU countries. With a strong client base and entrepreneurial teams in each market, there is a new impetus in the Group to serve clients seamlessly across multiple markets, helping businesses grow and capitalise on new opportunities.

The new COO will support the Group to continue to grow with purpose, precision, and pace. He will report directly to Morten Rud Pedersen, Group Founder and CEO, as well as working closely with senior leadership in each country.

Speaking about the appointment, Morten Rud Pedersen said "As we evolve as an organisation, Christian can bring to the new COO role exactly the type of cross-functional insight we need to build a strong, modern, and cohesive Group structure. We are both clear, his main goal is to ensure that we continue to perform at our best, together, through our sustained growth."

Ahead of joining the Group, Christian Ejvin Andersen, said "I’m thrilled to be joining Rud Pedersen Group at such a dynamic point in its journey. With the Group’s cross-border work expanding and collaboration playing an ever more central role, this is an exciting moment to build on that momentum. I look forward to helping further strengthen our organisation, connections, fostering innovation, and supporting the Group’s continued growth."

Andersen brings from his experience a solid combination of executive leadership, operational finesse, and a strong understanding of professional services. For the last 10 years, he served as COO and later CEO of Bech-Bruun Law Firm, one of Denmark’s leading law firms, where he worked closely with the partners and leadership team to drive a remarkable transformation – contributing to nearly 70% growth in annual revenue with an international client base of approximately 40% of the business.

Prior to Bech-Bruun, Andersen served as a civil servant in the Ministry of Finance and as an adviser to the Mayor of Construction and Engineering in Copenhagen. He also founded a public affairs and communications agency, GRØN EJVIN ANDERSEN, before selling it to KREAB, where he became Managing Partner in Copenhagen.
