Specialising in public affairs strategy and policy analysis, Željko is a Senior Consultant at Rud Pedersen Croatia.
At Rud Pedersen, Željko advises domestic and international clients on stakeholder engagement, political intelligence and regulatory navigation across the Croatian and Southeast European markets. He has delivered public affairs campaigns for clients in the technology, energy, healthcare, telecommunications, media and logistics sectors, supporting them in shaping policy outcomes and strengthening their positioning with key decision-makers.
Before joining Rud Pedersen, Željko gained hands-on experience in diplomacy, parliamentary affairs and international relations through roles in foreign embassies and European institutions. He has held several leadership positions in political and civic youth organisations, including serving as Vice President of the International Young Democrat Union (IYDU).
Željko holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the Faculty of Political Science, University of Zagreb, with a focus on public policy and public sector reform. He is a graduate of the Political Academy and Political Academy PLUS+ programmes of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. He speaks Croatian natively and English at bilingual proficiency.
