Viktorija Bagdonė

Over nearly a decade of work at the agency, she has steadily progressed in her career and gained extensive experience collaborating with dozens of companies and organizations operating in Lithuania and internationally. Based in Vilnius, she now advises the agency’s largest clients on strategic communications, reputation building and management, and crisis communications – from strategy development to implementation. Her many years of prior experience in the media ensure a deep understanding of how the media works, as well as strong, long-standing relationships with journalists in Lithuania. In addition, she delivers media relations and crisis management training.
