Thomas Hayward

Tom is a Research Executive at Rud Pedersen in London, where he supports clients through media monitoring, political intelligence gathering, analysis and research. He leads on content creation, preparing first drafts of client, media and political-facing materials, as well as social media posts and press releases.

Before joining Rud Pedersen, Tom worked as an Analyst at the Bloomsbury Intelligence and Security Institute (BISI), producing geopolitical briefings and open-source (OSINT) analysis on European security. He previously conducted research for the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), co-authoring a report on the European defence industrial base.

Tom holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Politics and International Relations from the University of Nottingham. While at university, he led the investigations section of Impact Magazine and conducted a placement at Sky News. Outside of work, he serves as a British military reservist.
