Tero joined Rud Pedersen in 2023 and brings more than two decades of experience in labour market policy and public affairs. He has a versatile network and a proven ability to deliver successful outcomes for clients across the social and health‑care sector, legislative development and the implementation of legislation. Tero advises clients on parliamentary election advocacy and influencing government programmes, helping them achieve concrete results in complex policy environments.

Before joining Rud Pedersen, Tero served for 12 years as Chair of Talentia – Union of Professional Social Workers and for 10 years as the organisation’s Head of Public Affairs.
