Sofia Schleutker

As Head of Design, Sofia is responsible for the visual communication design projects and internal branding at Rud Pedersen Finland.

Sofia has expertise in extensive layout projects, such as annual and sustainability reports, more than ten years of experience in designing visual identities, materials for print production and digital platforms, as well as finding interdisciplinary ways of incorporating visual communication design solutions. Sofia’s projects include everything from several-year-long Art Direction to daily, quick support for a large number of clients.

Sofia holds a master’s degree in arts from Aalto University, with a major in Visual Communication Design. Before Rud Pedersen, she worked as a visual designer for several years in various roles, as an in-house designer, as a freelancer and in an advertising agency. Sofia has completed accessibility training for designers.
