Sarah Hoare

Sarah Hoare is an Associate Director at Rud Pedersen Germany in Berlin, where she heads the Cluster Mobility & Infrastructure and supports companies and organisations in navigating regulatory frameworks with confidence, shaping dialogue with political decision-makers, and professionally managing political, communications and reputational issues.

She brings more than twelve years of experience in strategic consulting across public affairs, strategic communications and crisis communications. She and her team support clients in areas including agenda-setting for new initiatives, using public affairs tools to help initiate legislative reform, and increasing political visibility for often highly technical issues. Before joining Rud Pedersen, Sarah served as Deputy Press Spokesperson at the Federation of German Consumer Organisations (vzbv). She also worked at Advice Partners, where she guided companies and executives through high-stakes communication challenges.
