Milena Richter

Milena Richter is a senior EU public affairs advisor with more than 25 years of experience advancing policies to support access to medicines and innovation frameworks. She has held senior roles in public affairs for global biopharma companies, leading advocacy on pharmaceutical legislation, HTA, critical medicines, industrial strategy and EU competitiveness. She has worked closely with multi-stakeholder alliances and industry associations, having staffed several EFPIA Presidencies.

Milena brings expertise in shaping policies that support R&D and in translating industrial strategy objectives into health policy outcomes. She is currently advising a trade association on advancing a strong EU clinical research ecosystem and provides thought leadership through authoring pieces for think tanks on geopolitics, economic security and biopharma innovation.
