Specialised in investor relations (IR) and financial communications, Katariina works as Principal Consultant at Rud Pedersen Finland in Helsinki.
Katariina joined Rud Pedersen in August 2026 and has been introduced to some of the IR and financial communications projects, clients and partners, including legal advisory companies operating in the Helsinki region.
She has over ten years of experience developing, managing and leading Investor Relations functions in industrial, financial and technology sectors across all Helsinki stock exchange (OMXH) categories ranging from Small to Large Cap companies. Extensive experience in revitalising and visualising investor communications, engaging with the capital markets and fostering dialogue. An experienced lead on annual reports, interim reports and insider projects. Katariina is also experienced in M&A, public tender offer, listing, delisting and debt financing projects.
Before joining Rud Pedersen, Katariina was Director, Investor Relations at Kalmar and previously, Head of Investor Relations at Purmo Group.
Katariina acts as a Performance Auditor in Finnish Investor Relations Association (FIRS) for 2025-2026 and 2026-2027. She is also an active member of the association.
