Karoliina Heimo

Specialising in corporate, crisis and change communications, Karoliina advises Rud Pedersen’s clients in Helsinki, with a particular focus on the health sector.

With 25 years of experience, Karoliina supports clients in navigating strategic communication challenges and leads campaigns that combine narrative development, stakeholder engagement and media activation. She works extensively with health-sector clients, designing and delivering disease-awareness and corporate reputation campaigns that bring together communications, policy and advocacy.

Before joining Rud Pedersen, Karoliina headed the corporate, crisis and change communications team at another Finnish consultancy. She has also worked in London, first in the press office of private equity firm 3i and later at Burson-Marsteller.
