Johanna Henttonen

Johanna is a Director at Rud Pedersen Finland, advising senior executives, boards and leadership teams on strategic communications, reputation and investor relations.

She works with clients on Finnish and international assignments across financial services and insurance, chemicals, mining and natural resources, and industrials, as well as with private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Johanna supports clients in defining compelling corporate narratives, navigating critical moments and engaging effectively with investors, policymakers, media and other key stakeholders.

Johanna brings extensive international experience in corporate communications, investor relations and capital markets transactions. Before joining Rud Pedersen, she held senior communications and investor relations positions at ABB, Outokumpu and Metso. Her expertise includes corporate positioning, financial and investor communications, stakeholder engagement, capital markets transaction communications and reputation management.
