Balys Narbutas

Balys Narbutas is a training manager, public speaking coach, lecturer, communications consultant at Fabula Rud Pedersen Group communications agency. He has been working in the field of public communications since 2002. After working as a journalist and later as a press officer for one of the Lithuanian parliamentary factions, Balys joined the agency’s team in 2007.

As a corporate communications expert, consultant, and copywriter, Balys has worked with most of the agency’s major clients—companies in the industrial, commercial, energy, pharmaceutical, transportation, and other sectors—advising them on communications strategy and tactics. Balys is also a crisis communications specialist, providing crisis prevention and management consulting to the agency’s clients.

He has been involved in training and consulting since 2008. He is the author and implementer of many complex training programs, an expert in communication and public speaking, and regularly conducts training and provides consulting services to employees of various organizations, company managers, and public leaders.
