Antoine Boulay

Antoine Boulay founded Bien Commun Advisory in 2019, which became Rud Pedersen France in 2026. With over twenty years’ experience in communications consultancy and institutional relations, he served as Chief of Staff and Special Adviser to the Minister for Agriculture, and subsequently as Government Spokesperson. He subsequently headed up institutional and media relations at Bpifrance, the public investment bank, before taking charge of communications at BRED Banque Populaire and serving as General Delegate of the Cercle des économistes. This distinguished career, spanning ministerial offices, major public institutions and the private sector, has shaped a unique approach to consultancy based on an in-depth understanding of decision-making processes, a focus on substance, and the conviction that communication and influence must directly serve the strategy of the organisations and leaders he advises.
