Henrik Sjöholm

Henrik has been with Rud Pedersen since 2016 and is a policy expert in the food, energy, and sustainability sectors. Henrik supports and advises clients with advocacy efforts to shape or influence policy, regulations, and major procurements. He is experienced in building and maintaining relations with key government and industry stakeholders, delivering policy analysis, and developing key messaging/communications.

Prior to joining Rud Pedersen, Henrik worked as Political Advisor, including speech writer, to two Centre party leaders, Maud Olofsson and Lennart Daléus, between 2000 and 2006. Following that, he served as Political Advisor and Head of Office to MEP Lena Ek in the European Parliament in 2006. In addition, Henrik has many years’ experience working in public affairs and was Head of Policy at Företagarna, the Swedish Federation of Small Business Owners.

Henrik read philosophy, history, and mathematics at Lund University.
He speaks Swedish and English fluently.
