Charlotte Wærn

Charlotte is a Senior Researcher and has worked across various business sectors during her five years at Rud Pedersen. In her current role, Charlotte works on a wide variety of client projects, taking part in project management and research functions. She also provides support to management teams and contributes to strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.

She was previously at Länsförsäkringsgruppen's finance company Wasa Kredit, working with internal and external communications. She has also worked with executive recruitment at Heidrick & Struggles.

Charlotte holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Stockholm University, which included studies in media and communications. During her studies, she worked as an intern at a consulate in Spain.

She speaks Swedish, English, and Spanish fluently.
