Ånen Ringard

Ånen Ringard, Vice President Health Care & Partner, Oslo
Ånen specialises in health care policy, health services, health care financing and the health industry. He leads Rud Pedersen’s Health Care Practice in Norway and across Europe, developing a coherent advisory offering and integrated teams across more than 20 offices.

With over two decades of experience in Norwegian and international health policy, he has held senior roles in government, industry and academia, including as head of the secretariat for the Norwegian Priority Setting Commission, chief health economist and HTA expert in the Norwegian Pharmaceutical Association, and researcher at the University of Oslo.

Recent work includes national public affairs and strategic communication campaigns to improve patient access to innovative treatments, alliances for rare disease communities, and support for major public health initiatives in adult immunisation.
