Anders Westlie

Specialised in healthcare policy, governmental processes, and digitalisation, Anders co-heads the Norwegian healthcare team and is a member of Rud Pedersen's Nordic Healthcare Leadership Team.

As Director, Anders has a broad experience in several business areas with focus on healthcare and digitalisation. With over ten years’ experience as a civil servant, he has extensive knowledge in the field of public and governmental affairs. Anders has led numerous projects for international as well as national clients within the fields of digitalisation, pharmaceutical industry, and MedTech. Anders has expert competence in driving complex projects by combining deep regulatory insights, governmental understanding, and national budget processes. Recent work includes policy- and strategy development, alliance building, market shaping and market access, and strategic communication.

Before joining Rud Pedersen in 2019, Anders served as senior advisor in the Ministry of Health and Care Services and the Norwegian Directorate of Health. Anders has also held a position at the University of Oslo, Faculty of Medicine.
