Luca David

Luca David is a Project Consultant at the Berlin office of Rud Pedersen Public Affairs, advising clients in the healthcare sector with a special focus on digital health and regulatory policy. He brings experience from both the public and private sectors, having worked in the parliamentary office of a Member of the German Bundestag and in the public affairs department of a leading European e-health company.

Luca holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Law from the University of Göttingen, where he specialized in comparative politics and public law. Alongside his policy work, he has a background in journalism, having worked as a freelance journalist covering regional politics and local affairs during his studies.
