Lea advises clients on sustainability and environmental policy, helping them navigate regulatory frameworks and engage with policymakers in Germany.
Before joining Rud Pedersen, she advised international companies on managing regulatory change across Germany, Austria, and Luxembourg. Her work covered political and legislative analysis, market entry and innovation policy, and tailored engagement strategies. She organised high-level events with business and policy stakeholders and coordinated initiatives to strengthen clients’ public positioning. Her projects included the political groundwork for a delivery platform entering new EU markets, the site announcement of a large battery manufacturing project, and policy dialogues for an international AI company expanding into Germany.
Lea studied in Berlin, Sydney, and Athens, earning a Master’s in Political Economy focused on European integration after completing a degree in Business Administration. During her studies, she worked in several Berlin start-ups and gained a clear understanding of how high-growth companies operate.
