She brings over a decade of operational experience from the design, luxury and high street sectors. Prior to joining Rud Pedersen, she founded and led a design brand with offices in London and Berlin, gaining hands-on expertise in international financial strategy and implementation.
In addition to her work in finance and operations, Ricarda has taught as a visiting lecturer at institutions in Switzerland, Germany and the UK.
