Harry Fairhead

As a Director at Rud Pedersen, Harry provides strategic counsel on government relations, coalition building, policy development, and media-integrated advocacy campaigns. With over a decade of experience, he has worked across numerous sectors, particularly in telecommunications and energy, and on international trade and foreign affairs issues.

Harry has extensively advised clients on political and regulatory challenges associated with mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. He is adept at working in alignment with legal and other advisers to ensure successful outcomes when corporate actions face challenges and scrutiny.

He has led pan-European engagements, coordinating advocacy campaigns across multiple markets and has strong experience in engaging the most senior figures at international financial institutions in support of clients’ financial, commercial and reputational goals.

Before joining Rud Pedersen, Harry worked in national campaigning organisations, contributing to policy development and public affairs strategies. This background in media relations and public affairs, combined with his strategic advisory roles, enables him to offer clients comprehensive support in navigating the political landscape. His ability to manage complex political and media environments makes him a trusted adviser.

Harry holds a degree in Politics from the University of Exeter.
