Baroness Natalie Evans of Bowes Park

Since 2023, Baroness Evans of Bowes Park has provided expert counsel to Rud Pedersen's London office and their clients on public policy and strategy, supporting the development of the firm's business.

Natalie has extensive political experience and policy expertise having worked at the most senior levels of government. She was a Cabinet Minister in the Theresa May and Boris Johnson administrations as Leader of the House of Lords and was responsible for the delivery of the Government’s legislative agenda in the upper House and a member of several Cabinet Committees. Prior to entering the House of Lords, Natalie had a distinguished career as a senior leader in national organisations, spearheading public policy debate and reform. Natalie is a skilled leader with a strong track record of delivery, providing effective strategic advice, and building networks and relationships. Drawing on her extensive Government, Whitehall and leadership experience Natalie provides thoughtful and insightful counsel to senior business leaders.

In addition to her role with Rud Pedersen, Natalie is on the Board of several organisations including Salix, the Centre for Process Innovation, and the London Marathon Foundation.
