Petter Jonsson

Petter works chiefly in the defence and security and tech and finance sectors and additionally works with executive recruitment within the public affairs/political sphere.

Petter has many years’ experience supporting clients with strategic communications and messaging to key stakeholders as well as political advocacy efforts. He provides clients with policy and regulatory analysis and sharp insight into political developments concerning large-scale defence contracts and other complex procurement processes.

Prior to joining Rud Pedersen, Petter worked as an executive search consultant, recruiting executives and specialists in public affairs and communications for clients. He has worked at the Moderate Party’s parliamentary office as Political Advisor, where he supported the party’s leadership as a project manager responsible for coordinating and supporting the party’s policy renewal process.

Petter studied at Stockholm University and the Mid Sweden University and holds a bachelor's degree in psychology. He studied German in Munich and has also served as an instructor with an arctic infantry regiment in the Swedish Armed Forces.
