Nisse has worked in the service professions all his professional life. Educated at the Hotel and Restaurant School in Copenhagen, he has worked at hotels and restaurants. Prior to joining Rud Pedersen, he has also worked as a steward for SAS, as an office manager and as a production manager at an event agency.
Nisse speaks Swedish, Danish and English fluently as well as a little German.
