Mattias Broman

Mattias is a trusted advisor to clients at the intersection of politics, policy, and defence procurement. He combines strategic insight with practical experience and close relations with decision-makers in parliament and government.

As a consultant, he supports companies and authorities in navigating public decision-making, capability development, and civil-military cooperation. His work covers defence policy, industrial strategy, and preparedness, with assignments in Sweden and abroad. Mattias has also served in multiple international missions, giving him first-hand understanding of operational realities and multinational cooperation. Earlier roles include positions at the Swedish Ministry of Defence, the Armed Forces, the Defence Materiel Administration (FMV), and the Swedish Defence and Security Exports Agency (FXM), as well as work with NATO and the European Defence Agency in Brussels.
