Kathrin Flossing

Kathrin is a legal, public administration, and policy expert who brings vast experience and insight to clients across all sectors. Kathrin supports client engagements with legal analysis and perspective, risk assessment, and acts as an advisory sounding board.
After graduating in law from Uppsala, Kathrin has gained broad, extensive experience as both a judge and senior manager, including serving as Secretary-General of the Swedish Parliament, President of the Göta Court of Appeal and of the Administrative Court of Appeal in Sundsvall, Head of Office and Legal Affairs in the ministries of culture and environment respectively, Deputy Director General at the Ministry of Justice, and Chief Justice of the Swedish Foreign Intelligence Court.
Kathrin has worked on a number of government inquiries in the areas of justice, finance, and infrastructure, and served as chair and member of a number of boards. She is a qualified coach and additionally worked as a mentor and lecturer.
Kathrin speaks Swedish and English fluently.
