Eva Nordmark

Specialising in policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, coalition building, government relations, strategic analysis and political risk assessment, and organisational development and change management.
Eva has a wealth of top-level experience from Swedish politics, the trade union movement, and working with labour market and employment issues. She served as Minister for Employment from 2019 to 2022 and was previously a trade union leader for 20 years, as Secretary General of both SKTF, now Vision, and the Swedish Confederation of Professional Employees (TCO). In addition, Eva has served on the boards of the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC), and the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC).
For many years, Eva has worked at the intersection of business, academia, and politics. She has served as Chair of Luleå University of Technology (LTU) and Deputy Chair of Folksam. Eva was a Member of Parliament for the Social Democrats and has served on the municipal executive board, council, and committees in Luleå municipality.
Eva read political science at Luleå University of Technology.
