Specialising in labour market policy, social security systems, and public administration, Eva offers expert counsel to clients navigating Sweden's political and social landscape.

As Senior Adviser at Rud Pedersen, Eva provides strategic guidance on public affairs, leveraging her extensive experience in both public administration and trade union leadership. She served as Sweden's Minister for Labour from 2019 to 2022, where she played a pivotal role in shaping national labour policies and advancing social dialogue. Prior to her ministerial role, Eva was a prominent trade union leader for two decades, including as President of the Swedish Confederation of Professional Employees (TCO) and the Swedish Union of Local Government Officers (SKTF), now known as Vision. Her leadership extended internationally as a board member of the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) and the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC). Recent projects include: advising on labour market reforms, developing strategies for social security systems, advising on permit processes in industry, and providing insights into public administration policies.

Before joining Rud Pedersen, Eva was deeply involved in labour market policy development and trade union activities, contributing significantly to Sweden's social dialogue. She studied political science and is fluent in Swedish and English. In 2018, she was honoured as a Knight of the French National Order of Merit (Ordre national du Mérite) for her commitment to women's rights, social dialogue in Sweden and Europe, and engagement in higher education.
