Björn von Zweigbergk

Bjorn works primarily with the defence and security and tech and finance groups where he supports clients through analysis, advocacy, and advisory work.
Since joining Rud Pedersen, Björn has supported clients shaping advocacy on encryption and network security, developing messaging for defence readiness, and guiding public procurement strategies in Sweden’s public sector. Björn has a political background having worked at the Liberal Party's parliamentary office on issues related to defence, foreign affairs, and the labour market. He has additionally worked in a management support role at the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB), where he worked as a coordinator for Sweden's NATO accession in spring 2023 and additionally worked on the Swedish Presidency of the EU.
Björn holds a master's degree in political science from Leiden University in the Netherlands. In addition, Björn also holds a bachelor's degree in business law and employment law from Lund University.
