Head of the Infrastructure group in Sweden, which includes transport, property, and urban development. Bertil has built up and leads a strong team of infrastructure experts with experience from politics and industry.

Bertil has supported clients navigate complex infrastructure procurements and disputes involving direct advocacy work, positioning, and key messaging. Other recent projects include: analysis and advocacy work on Sweden’s 12-year national plan for state investments in transport infrastructure as well as advocacy and public affairs work on upcoming legislation and regulations. From 2014 to 2018, Bertil served as Regional Councillor for the Social Democrats in Region Uppsala, where he also chaired the Committee on Public Transport, and worked with the Mälardalen Council. Bertil served on the board of the influential Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions from 2015 to 2018 and led Region Uppsala's negotiations on the "Uppsala package".

Bertil is also coordinator and moderator for the infrastructure network organised by Altinget – a national newspaper covering mainly national politics.
