Andreas Celan

Works primarily with Sweden’s defence and security team.

Since joining Rud Pedersen, Andreas has supported clients navigate complex defence materiel procurements through direct advocacy work, building relations between government and industry, and monitoring and research. Before joining, Andreas worked for the Jarl Hjalmarson Foundation with issues connected to democratic development, European integration, and building strong, democratic party structures, mainly across the Balkans and Eastern Europe. He has also worked as a political aide in the Moderate Party in Uppsala County and Västerås.

Andreas holds a degree in political science from Uppsala University.
