As a consultant at Rud Pedersen, Pascual is involved in the Legislative and Regulatory Intelligence Unit and provides advisory services to corporations operating in regulated sectors within the energy and industrial fields. He focuses on parliamentary and rule-making affairs advisory, offering a strategic, decision-oriented approach grounded in extensive policy analysis experience.

Pascual holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Global Communication from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICAI-ICADE), where he was recognized with several awards for academic excellence. He complemented his studies with international programs at Georgetown University (Washington, D.C.) and Reichman University (Tel Aviv). Currently, he balances his professional activities with pursuing a Law Degree at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Throughout his career, Pascual has collaborated closely with both private and public institutions. He has robust expertise in public affairs, particularly in highly regulated industries such as energy, banking, and agri-food, and has also served at the Commercial Office of the Embassy of Spain in Prague.
