Pascual Horrillo Tamayo

Pascual Horrillo holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Global Communication from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICAI-ICADE). During his academic career, he was recognised with several awards for academic excellence. He also undertook international study programs at Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service (Washington, DC) and Reichman University’s Raphael Recanati International School (Tel Aviv). Currently, alongside his professional activities, he is pursuing a Law degree at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.

A specialist in parliamentary and regulatory affairs, Pascual possesses extensive experience in public affairs, with a strong focus on highly regulated sectors such as energy, banking, and agri-food. He has also served at the Commercial Office of the Embassy of Spain in Prague. Throughout his professional career, he has collaborated closely with both public and private sector institutions, offering a strategic, decision-driven approach grounded in deep expertise in legislative intelligence.
