Ignasi Casas

Ignasi Casas specialises in energy, industry, AI, and data centers. He is part of the Energy & Industry and Legislative Intelligence team in Madrid. Ignasi has worked in public affairs and strategic communications since 2019.

At Rud Pedersen, Ignasi specialises in legislative and media monitoring, the preparation of political and sectoral reports, the drafting of position papers, and the design of institutional strategies, stakeholder mapping, and corporate messaging.

Before joining Rud Pedersen in 2025, he built his career in consulting, in the corporate sector — as a member of the inaugural public affairs team of a low-cost airline — and in a public-private entity dedicated to advancing the general interests of Spanish businesses.

Additionally, Ignasi is a partner of the Youth Economic Circle (YEC), an organisation that fosters young leadership and professional dialogue in Spain.
