Daniel de la Rosa

Daniel leads the Security and Defence team at Rud Pedersen in Spain, advising clients on defence policy and emerging technologies within Spain’s institutional and regulatory landscape.
He has over eight years of experience in public affairs and political organization, having worked in the National Organisation Secretariat of Ciudadanos, where he supported internal coordination and strategic planning, and served as leader of the party’s youth branch, managing national initiatives and events of up to 400 participants.
Daniel holds a National Defence Diploma from the Spanish Centre for Higher Defence Studies (CESEDEN) and has taken part in international defence conferences, including those organised by the C4 Group of the Ministry of Defence.
At Rud Pedersen, he focuses on stakeholder engagement, policy analysis and strategic positioning for clients in the security, defence and technology sectors.
