Yedda Roland de Novaes

Yedda joined Rud Pedersen Oslo in 2025 as a Researcher. At Rud Pedersen, she supports the collection, analysis, and presentation of data across all sectors, with a particular focus on clients in the energy, infrastructure, transport, and industrial fields. Before joining Rud Pedersen, Yedda interned at Renewables Norway’s Brussels office, where she gained valuable insight into the EU’s climate and energy policies. She holds a Bachelor (BSc) in European Studies with a specialisation in Comparative Politics from the University of Bergen (2024) and is currently pursuing a Master (MSc) in International Business and Politics at Queen Mary University of London.
Yedda has international experience from Brazil, Norway, Belgium, Denmark, and the United Kingdom, and is fluent in English, Norwegian, and Portuguese.
