As Partner and Transport & Infrastructure Director at Rud Pedersen Public Affairs in Oslo, Pål Arne provides strategic guidance to clients on policy and regulatory matters. He has extensive experience in business development in emerging markets, focusing on oil and gas, mining, renewable energy and ICT. Recent projects include advising clients on infrastructure development projects, tender management, providing insights into transport policy reforms, and assisting clients in navigating regulatory changes in the transport and energy sectors at large.

He is currently also the Chair of the Steering Committee of Interreg Aurora, an EU-funded program for cross-border collaboration in northern Scandinavia.

Before joining Rud Pedersen, Pål Arne held a senior position in the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation. He has previously served as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs. Pål Arne has also been a Fellow in the United States Congress and Visiting Scholar at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and Elliot School of International Affairs in Washington DC.

Pål Arne holds a Master's degree in Comparative Politics from the University of Bergen and is fluent in Norwegian and English.
