Marianne Nordli

Specialising in public affairs, strategic communication, leadership and organisational development, Marianne leads projects across Rud Pedersen in Norway and internationally.

As Senior Project Manager, Marianne brings extensive experience from political, corporate and international environments. She advises on strategy, positioning and business interests in politics and all related public affairs matters regarding regulations and new laws. She has over 30 years of experience in guiding clients through leadership development, complex policy environments with an emphasis in education, FMCG, infrastructure and international relations.

Before working in Rud Pedersen, Marianne served as Head of Competence and Development at the Progressive Party HQ, where she led the political section and managed daily communication on all political topics. Before that she worked for 14 years as an international training trainer for major companies in Europa and overseas.

Marianne is also a published author, with several books and articles on communication, leadership and board work featured in newspapers, magazines and online platforms. She has helped clients with press releases, articles and newsletters.

Marianne holds a Bachelor of Management in Leadership and Development from BI Norwegian Business School.
