With more than 10 years of experience in supporting the defence and security industry, Line leads the defence sector globally for Rud Pedersen Group. Specialising in public affairs, strategic positioning, tender management and strategic communications, Line provides expert counsel on navigating the European defence and security markets political and regulatory landscape and helping our defence clients succeed.

As Partner and Group Director of Defence & Security at Rud Pedersen Public Affairs, Line focuses on defence and security policy, advising clients in the defence sector on the European defence market, defence procurement, and EU & NATO defence cooperation. She has played a key role in shaping public affairs strategies for defence contractors and has a proven track record of helping defence & security clients succeed across European markets. Before taking on the role at the Group level leading the sector at Rud Pedersen, Line led the Norwegian defence and security team for more than eight years.

Before joining Rud Pedersen, Line served as the political adviser to the former Norwegian Minister of Defence, where she provided counsel on all MoD decisions, led the work on personnel policy and veteran affairs and handled the work towards Parliament and internally towards the Labour Party. Line has also worked in Parliament for the Labour Party and as a lobbyist for the Norwegian oil and gas association. Line holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Oslo and is fluent in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, English and French.
