For 20 years, Lene has helped clients with "Go to Market" planning, strategy and launch execution. She has cutting-edge expertise in strategic, commercial communication and the establishment of strong brands through targeted positioning, strong alliances, collaborative projects with health care professionals (HCP) and Patient advocacy groups (PAG), awareness campaigns, and omni channel communication. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in developing and implementing new ways to build market leadership for portfolios and brands, recapture lost positions, and win market shares for companies. Recent projects include digital awareness project for increasing knowledge on migraines among patients and HCPs, Above-brand portfolio strategy within pain, and patient surveys to uncover unmet need and patient journey experience in chronic diseases.
Before joining Rud Pedersen, Lene has headed a health comms agency and held positions as European marketing and communications manager, information manager, and press officer for Norway and Sweden.
