Lene Hatlenes

Lene has cutting-edge expertise in strategic, commercial communication and the establishment of strong brands in the pharmaceutical industry and health through targeted positioning, collaborative projects, alliances and omni channel communication. She has over 20 years of experience in the health and pharmaceutical industry, and deep insight into the industry's rules and the customer's framework conditions.
Lene assists clients with "go to market" planning, strategy, analysis, tactics, concept development, awareness, content planning and production, PR, SoMe and digital projects. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in developing and implementing new ways to build market leadership for portfolios and brands, recapture lost positions and win market share and sales. She has previously headed the health agency Artell, been European marketing and communications manager at the global industrial group Reichhold, and information manager for Norway and Sweden. She has several years of management experience in the Red Cross as a volunteer, as well as being a board member of the Norwegian Association of Business and Economics and the Communication Association in Vestfold.
Lene has a Master of Science in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen. She also has an education from BI and the University of Bergen, and has been a lecturer in market analysis at BI.
