With extensive executive experience from the Nordic insurance and healthcare sectors, she brings a strong understanding of how regulation, market dynamics and public policy shape business outcomes.
Before joining Rud Pedersen, Kristine was Head of Personal Insurance Nordics at If Insurance and CEO of Vertikal Helse, leading major integration and transformation projects. She has also served as CEO of LHL Clinics and held senior positions in national labour and welfare organisations.
