Heidi Arnesen Austlid

Heidi has 12 years of management experience from the technology and publishing industry, as managing director of the Publishers Association (2020-2023), IKT-Norge (2015-2020) and the National Competence Center for Free Software (2007-2011). She has also worked in the Ministry of Education with the government's digitization policy for the education sector, gender equality in the education sector and teacher recruitment. Heidi has broad organizational experience and board experience from research, education, technology, start-up companies and the voluntary sector, including from NTNU and the Research Council. In addition, she has been a member of several governmental councils and committees.

Heidi has broad expertise in management and innovation, reputation building and contact with authorities, public administration and the culture and knowledge sector, and how digitalisation can contribute to solving societal challenges.
