Hanne Kolflaath has over 25 years of experience in e-health, spanning both primary and specialist healthcare services. Her core expertise lies in public procurement, marketing, and strategy, combined with more than 16 years of leadership experience, including organisational growth, commercial development, and acquisitions.

Throughout her career, she has played a key role in the development and implementation of digital health services, focusing on sustainable solutions for the public sector. She has extensive experience in business development, regulatory affairs, and market introduction of health and welfare technology, both nationally and internationally.

In recent years, she has provided consultancy and advisory services to clients within the e-health sector, working with both Norwegian and international organisations. She also holds several board positions and has in-depth knowledge of the healthcare and welfare sectors, as well as public procurement processes and the digital transformation of healthcare services.
