A recognised expert in brand management and marketing, Eglė Stonkė brings 18 years of experience in the advertising industry, including the past 6 years in agencies leadership roles. She is known for combining strategic insight with bold creative thinking to drive meaningful, award-winning work.
Currently the CEO of Fabula Rud Pedersen Group, she previously led Not Perfect Vilnius, one of the top creative agency in the Baltics, through a period of strong growth and industry recognition.
She also serves on the board of Niekieno vaikai (Nobody’s Children), an NGO dedicated to supporting children in crisis situations in Lithuania.
Throughout her career, Eglė has managed multidisciplinary teams, built lasting client partnerships, and delivered impactful results for both Lithuanian and international brands.
