Caity Jackson Bernéus

Specialising in strategic communications and brand management, Caity ensures cohesive internal and external messaging across Rud Pedersen Group’s global operations. She leads initiatives to strengthen clarity, cohesion, and culture across offices, while supporting leadership in crafting impactful communications and driving employee engagement.

Originally from Canada, Caity joined Rud Pedersen Group in 2022 and brought with her over a decade of experience in communications within the startup, global health, and gender equality sectors. She has consulted for UN agencies, private firms, and NGOs, and built a global NGO from the ground up. Her prior roles include leading communications and marketing at the Stockholm School of Economics and corporate communications for a charity founded by H.M. King Carl XVI Gustaf and H.M. Queen Silvia of Sweden.​

Caity has an educational background in healthcare, and holds degrees from the University of Ottawa and Stockholm's Karolinska Institutet. She is a native English speaker, fluent in Swedish, and has working knowledge of French and Spanish.
