Angela Belfrage

Angela joined the Rud Pedersen Group global team in 2024. Angela leads the legal department’s efforts to manage risk, ensure compliance, and support the company's business objectives and she is primarily focused on M&A transaction, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Rud Pedersen Group, Angela worked at Baker & McKenzie, one of the world’s largest international law firms, in Stockholm. During her time at Baker & McKenzie, Angela represented a diverse range of clients, from Private Equity-firms to public and private companies, providing legal counsel on transactions contract drafting.

Angela holds a law degree from the University of Lund. She is a native Swedish speaker and is fluent in English.
