Olivia Knodt is a Senior Consultant at Rud Pedersen, where she specializes in tech and digital policy. She previously worked as a consultant on tech regulation at a boutique consulting firm in Berlin and as a Program Officer at the Aspen Institute Germany, where she co-led the Digital Program and worked on a range of topics including AI, tech policy, and the future of work. Ms. Knodt has also held positions as Research Assistant and Project Manager in the Europe Program of the German Marshall Fund of the United States in Berlin and as Research Associate to the President at the Hertie School. Ms. Knodt holds a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University, a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School and a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. She is bilingual in German and English and has a professional working proficiency in French.
