Montana Attwood
Senior Consultant, Germany
Montana is an Associate Manager in Rud Pedersen’s Berlin office and part of the Sustainability & Environment Cluster, which she joined in December 2021. She advises clients on biotechnology, food and agriculture, trade, circular economy, and chemicals. Her current portfolio includes a food wholesaler, multinational food brands, major chemical companies, and seed corporations.
In her day-to-day work, Montana tracks policy developments, delivers clear analyses, and shapes strategies for stakeholder engagement and political events. She works closely with clients to anticipate regulatory shifts, build constructive ties with decision-makers, and position their priorities in a fast-moving political landscape. Recent projects include supporting a long-term biotechnology campaign for the seed sector and helping to build an industry association tackling illegal chemical trade and advancing circular economy objectives.
Before joining Rud Pedersen, Montana worked as a research associate at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK), focusing on international climate negotiations and contributing to academic courses on how political processes shape business environments.
