Marlène Kramer is a Senior Consultant in Rud Pedersen’s Berlin office, advising clients at the intersection of sustainability and technology. Her areas of focus include circular economy and trade, as well as digital policy issues such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data policy, and digital education.
In her daily work, Marlène supports clients from a wide range of sectors on political and regulatory issues. She has worked on numerous consulting projects, providing analysis of political developments, developing advocacy strategies, and preparing and implementing meetings and events with policymakers. Together with her clients, she works to anticipate regulatory changes, foster constructive dialogue with decision-makers, and position key priorities effectively in the political process.
Before joining Rud Pedersen, Marlène worked as an Associate Consultant at SUB Erste Lesung, as an Associate at Miller & Meier Consulting, and as a Researcher at HBPA in Berlin. Raised bilingually in German and French and academically trained in English, she brings international experience, intercultural competence, and a clear understanding of political processes in Germany to her advisory work.
