Tero Ristimäki

Tero has a long experience, a versatile network and expertise in labor market policy and social influence.

Tero has worked as the chairman of Talentia Union of Professional Social Workers, a professional association of people with higher education in the social sector, as a member of the boards of the central organization Akava Confederation of Unions for Professional and Managerial Staff in Finland and Juko Negotiation Organisation for Public Sector Professionals, and in positions of trust in social and health organizations. Tero has been involved in influencing social decision-making, especially in social and health policy and in the development of social work and social services.

Tero has been the chairman of Talentia ry, a professional association of people with higher education in the social field, for 12 years and for 10 years as the organization's social influence development manager.

Before his career in the organization, Tero worked as a social director for 10 years. Tero has a Masters degree in social sciences.
