Heljä Misukka has been a top agent in Finnish Education Policy for years. Before joining Rud Pedersen she was Director in the Trade Union of Education in Finland and before that she worked for the Finnish Government from 2007-2011 as a State Secretary in the Ministry of Education and Culture. She has worked also in the Finnish Parliament as an advisor in education and munincipal politics in the Parliamentary group of the Coalition party. Heljä knows the decision making process in Finland in local and national level and has been member of the city council in Espoo, the second biggest city in Finland, 2001-2012.
